Ted Aadland

Ted Aadland is a 40-year veteran of the construction industry. Starting his career in the crafts, Ted learned the construction industry from the ground up. He co-founded F.E. Ward, Inc., which, under his leadership, became recognized as a premier contractor in the Northwest, known for successfully delivering complex projects through innovation and collaboration.

Don Irwin, P.E., Esq.
President

Don Irwin has over 30 years experience managing energy, hospital buildings, and transportation projects on behalf of the Owner. Don pioneered alternative project delivery strategies in the development of TriMet's MAX, Portland, Oregon's award-winning light rail system. As a former Director at TriMet, Don led implementation on over $1billion of high-profile MAX projects.
